Negli anni 80, Renato Napoli, perito industriale, si specializza in produzione, installazione, progettazione e consulenza nel settore dell\u2019RHVAC, pi\u00f9 precisamente degli impianti nautici. Accresce il suo background e si costruisce un\u2019ottima reputazione. E\u2019 il 1997 quando decide di dare vita a Thermowell\u00ae, la sua impresa di produzione di soluzioni di condizionamento per la nautica.<\/p><p>Arrivano le prime sfide entusiasmanti, le commesse importanti e le partecipazioni ai saloni nautici internazionali.
